1. Introduction

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. If you have submitted information to our Site you will be unable to edit that information. If you wish to have any of your personal information removed, please contact us. With each removal request, you must list the information you wish to have removed exactly as listed. Please be aware that removal requests are not processed instantaneously. There may be a reasonable delay in removing any information requested.

We use cookies to track website visitor data through Google analytics.

6. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not share any of your PII with any third parties aside from third parties that are hired by us to assist us in processing your data (Data Processors) and to event hosts. All Data Processors and event hosts have entered into binding agreements with us to ensure that your rights to your PII are respected.

7. Merger and Acquisition

In the event that The Savoir Club is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. Please be aware that once the information is transferred your privacy rights may change.

Please note that a photographer documents our in-person events, and their photos are shared on The Savoir Club’s social media channels or our client’s social media channels.
